What I’ve learned is that a clothing brand like conuco only keeps going if we keep releasing new things and getting you to want them. But constantly designing new pieces isn't what we set out to do. 

To make a mum want something new all the time, you usually have to make her feel like she's missing out, which is the opposite of what conuco stands for.

In my heart conuco was never a fashion brand, but a mum’s brand that happened to make jeans. We wanted you to find something you were already looking for. We never wanted to make you want something you wouldn't have thought of on your own. We get enough of that already as mums.

Thank you SO much to everyone who has a pair at home, who got one for a friend, who told someone else about us, who joined us to make conuco come together or gave us a space to share our story.
